What are the payment options which IM provides me?Our online shopping has Cash on delivery facility.

What is the estimated delivery time?Estimated delivery time is around 3 – 5 days after confirmation of your order.

Are there any delivery charges?Most of the prices mentioned on our online shop have delivery charges included in them. Only some products have delivery charges not included in the price. Please see the product description while placing your order.

What is the return/exchange policy?Currently we are not offering any return/exchange on products purchased online.

Can I see the product more clearly before I buy?Yes you can. When you place the order on our website you can mention “Show product more clearly” in the “Order notes” which appears on the checkout page. Our representative will show you the live product over a video call.
